General Provisions and Acceptance

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on hy77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion fee applies. hy77 is not responsible for charges by third-party payment providers.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

hy77 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are provided under the following terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawing).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — wagering requirements must be met.
• Each offer has its own validity period — the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• One promotional offer applies per account, per household, per IP address, or per device.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus will be cancelled.
• hy77 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus terms at any time.
• Certain games may count at different rates toward bonus wagering.

5.3 VIP Program

hy77's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. There is an opportunity to advance automatically to a higher tier through regular play.

• Bronze tier: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver tier: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold tier: up to 0.8% cashback per week.

VIP benefits are for personal use and are non-transferable. hy77 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

Gaming Rules

All games available on hy77 — including slots, live casino, cricket betting, bingo and others — are governed by the following rules.

6.1 Game Results

• All game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
• Live game results are determined in real time and are considered final.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• A display error does not confirm any winnings.

6.2 Betting Rules

• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or event are set separately.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Betting deadlines for cricket and other sports betting are set in advance.

6.3 Game Provider Terms

Games available on hy77 are supplied by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming). The terms of these providers may also apply.

Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

Any fraudulent or dishonest activity on the hy77 platform is strictly prohibited. The following activities are completely forbidden:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets in collusion with other players (collusion).
• Using automated software, bots or other technical tools.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Using a third party's account or giving your own account to someone else.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting hacking or cyber attacks.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

hy77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or incorrect information.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• If identified as an underage individual.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
