Responsible Gaming at hy77
Fun and safety together — hy77 is committed to a healthy gaming experience for you. For ages 21+ only, play responsibly.
What does responsible gaming mean?
Responsible gaming means playing in a way where your entertainment comes first, with no risk of financial or psychological harm. hy77 believes that gambling is entertainment, not a source of income.
We want every player to make informed decisions — how much time to spend, how much money to use, and when to take a break. Through responsible gaming, you can enjoy a safe and enjoyable long-term experience at hy77.
Our platform offers several voluntary limit-setting features to help you manage your own gaming habits. This page presents all those features and support information in detail.
Keep Your Gaming in Control
hy77 gives you several effective features to set your own gaming limits.
Deposit Limit
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit at any time. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately and helps you manage your budget. Requests to increase a limit take effect within 24 hours, while reductions are immediate.
Time Limit
Decide in advance how much time you will spend on the platform each day. When the set time is up, you will receive a warning notification. This helps you build responsible gaming habits and maintain a healthy balance with your personal and family life.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time you will not be able to log in or participate in any betting activity. You can return normally after the break.
Self-Exclusion
If a gaming problem becomes serious, you can apply for long-term self-exclusion. This allows your account to be deactivated for 6 months or permanently. While self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.
Age Verification
We verify age at registration and do not allow anyone under 21 to create an account. If a minor you know is using hy77, contact our support immediately. We will take prompt action.
24/7 Support
Our Bengali-speaking live chat support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any responsible gaming questions or assistance. Feel free to reach out — we will help you confidentially.
Manage Your Own Gaming
Set a Deposit Limit
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount from your account settings. A limit once set takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit applies right away; a request to increase it takes effect after 24 hours.
Daily Session Time Limit
Decide how much time you will spend gaming each day. When the time limit is reached, you will be automatically notified. This helps you maintain a healthy balance with your sleep, family, and work.
Short-Term Time-Out
If you are feeling stressed, take a temporary break for 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or 1 month. During this time your account will be inactive and no betting will be possible.
Long-Term Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact support to close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. The account will not be reactivated for any reason while self-exclusion is in effect.
Bet Limit
You can also set a maximum amount per single bet. This reduces the risk of placing excessive bets on impulse and protects your long-term gaming budget.
When Do You Need Help?

If you notice any of the signs above, contact our 24/7 live chat without delay. Our support team will help you take the right steps.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Play for Entertainment
Gaming is a source of fun. Never think of it as a source of income. Treat every session as entertainment.
Set a Budget
Decide how much money you will spend before you start playing. If you lose that amount, stop playing — never go beyond your limit.
Maintain Balance
Keep a balance between gaming and your family, work, and social life. Do not neglect other areas of your life.
Stay Aware
Gaming outcomes are entirely based on chance. No strategy or system can guarantee a win — always keep that in mind.
Responsible gaming at hy77 is an ongoing process. We regularly update the safety features on our platform and work to raise player awareness. Our support team is ready to assist each player based on their individual situation.
We believe that building a healthy gaming culture requires effort from both the platform and the players. That is why we provide responsible gaming guidelines at every registration and regularly send cautionary information by email.
In line with hy77's responsible gaming policy, if any player seeks help on their own or is concerned about their gaming behaviour, we provide assistance completely free of charge and in full confidentiality. Our goal is to ensure the long-term wellbeing of every player.
